Here is what our process looks like:

Fill out our contact form and tell us a little bit more about your organization and what you need. We will get back to you within 24-36 business hours to learn more and get the conversation started.

Discover

We schedule a brief discovery call to learn more about your mission, your audience and your specific communications goals. This is where we get to know each other and make sure we are the right fit before any commitment is made.

Propose

We put together a detailed proposal outlining exactly what we will deliver, what it will cost and what the timeline looks like — so there are no surprises, no guesswork and no fine print you did not know about.

Commit

Once you are happy with the proposal you sign your service agreement and submit your 30% deposit through your HoneyBook client portal. This officially reserves your spot on the Arbor & Ivy Communications project calendar and gets everything in motion.

Onboard

You receive your welcome packet and onboarding questionnaire through your client portal. Your answers give us everything we need to understand your organization deeply before we begin. We review your responses, conduct any necessary research and schedule your kickoff call to align on every detail before work starts.

Create

We get to work. You will receive regular updates through your client portal, a clear project timeline and consistent communication every step of the way — so you always know exactly where things stand and what is coming next.

Deliver

Final files are delivered upon your written approval and receipt of your remaining balance. You walk away with something you are genuinely proud of, and a communications partner who is ready for whatever we build together next.
