Mission
Providing mission-forward nonprofits with the value of an in-house communications team, delivered with built-in flexibility.
Arbor & Ivy Communications gives mission-forward organizations the clarity, consistency and support of an in-house communications team without the cost of hiring one.
From brand foundations and donor materials to ongoing monthly support we help nonprofits turn their impact into compelling print and digital storytelling that builds trust, deepens relationships and drives the support their mission deserves.
Our vision is simple — a world where every nonprofit's goal, purpose and impact is clearly communicated, deeply understood and fully supported. That is what gets us out of bed every morning. And it is what we bring to every single client we serve.
Because when your story is told well more people give, more communities are served and your mission reaches further than it ever could alone.

Vision
A world where every nonprofit’s goal, purpose and impact is clearly communicated, deeply understood and fully supported.
Values
Rooted in mission. Grounded in integrity. Committed to consistency. Built on partnership.
At Arbor & Ivy Communications we believe that every nonprofit — regardless of budget, team size or stage of growth — deserves communications that reflect the quality of their mission and the importance of their work.
You started your nonprofit to change lives — not to become a communications expert. But in a world where donors have endless options and communities need to know you exist the way you communicate your mission matters more than ever. We exist to close that gap.
About
the Founder & Communications Strategist
Some people find their way to nonprofit work. I grew up in it.
From volunteering at an equine rescue and sanctuary in middle school to teaching theatre classes at a local nonprofit in high school, from serving in my church community to helping plan summer camp for over 100 kids every June, nonprofits have never just been a career path for me. They have always been home.
That foundation runs deep in my family. For as long as I can remember the people closest to me have modeled what it looks like to give your time, your talent and your heart to something bigger than yourself. That example shaped the way I see the world, and the way I see this work.
I graduated from Kansas State University in December 2025 with a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural and Natural Resources Communications, a minor in Social Media Management and a secondary degree in Global Food Systems Leadership. Since graduating I have been employed by two nonprofits and have continued to show up as a
volunteer, a supporter and a believer in the power of community driven mission work.
Arbor & Ivy Communications was born out of something I kept noticing: a gap between honorable, generous, deeply valuable nonprofits and the quality communications materials they deserved.
The digital and design landscape is changing faster than most organizations can keep up with, and for a nonprofit with a lean team and a tight budget that gap can feel impossible to close. I know firsthand how much more impact an organization can have when their story is told clearly, consistently and compellingly; more lives touched, more donors inspired, more funding secured to keep the mission moving forward.
I started Arbor & Ivy Communications because I believe every nonprofit deserves access to communications that reflect the quality of their work, regardless of budget.
My goal is to meet you exactly where

you are and build something important and meaningful together, brick by brick, at a pace that works for your organization. When I'm not working you'll find me reading, spending time outdoors, cheering on volleyball or or finding any excuse to be around or or finding any excuse to be around horses.
I'm a Wichita, Kansas native now living in the Kansas City area and I believe with my whole heart that serving people is one of the most powerful ways we can better our communities.
I am so glad you're here. Let's make your meaningful work flourish.
